A Former District Judge, Sri Tripathy started a Legal Service Unit in Ruchika and provided legal service to the needy children and women. Joined Ruchika in 2012 and started working as Vice President since 2020.

A Retired Additional Secretary, Sri Sarangi worked as Ombudsoman under MG NOREGA and as Chairperson, Child Welfare Committee, Khordha. He Joined Ruchika in 2017 and joined as Secretary in 2020

Dr. Benudhar Senapati

He joined Ruchika as a staff member in 1989, became a Member in Ruchika School and when Ruchika Social Service Organisation was registered in 1998 he was nominated as a GB Member. Presently he is working as Chief Executive Officer since 2020.

Joined Ruchika School as a teacher and joined the Social Service wing of Ruchika School in 1985. When the Ruchika Social Service Organisation was registered in 1998 he was nominated as GB Member.Presently working as Director since 2020.
